All products are designed and made in Canada. All prices shown on this website are in $CAD not including tax. All transactions are subject to applicable tax imposed by local jurisdictions. All duties associated with custom clearance for US & international orders are the sole responsibility of customers.



You will be asked to choose a Method of Payment option at Checkout. Payments may be made by VISA, Master Card and PayPal. Once you complete the order on our website, you will receive a Confirmation of Order via email. Please note that the Confirmation of Order is not an acceptance of your order. Your order will be accepted upon the verification of payment and your shipping address.

We make our best effort to keep all information on the website accurate and up-to-date. Where the order is based on false information, or the product’s availability is limited, we reserve the right to cancel an order and the payment will be fully refunded by the same method of payment used to make the purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any order if the payment or shipping address cannot be verified. You will receive an email notification with a reasonable explanation if your order is canceled or refused.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused products and get a full refund within  15 calendar days of purchase with the original receipt. The products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packages to be accepted for refund. You must fill in Product Return Form on the back of the original receipt and enclose it in the return package.

We will make refunds by the same Method of Payment used to make the purchase upon the delivery of returned goods. The post stamp on the returned package must be dated no longer than 15 calendar days from the date of purchase, and you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We strongly recommend you to use a shipping method with a tracking number for your protection. We are not responsible for lost items during the return shipping process.  The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund if your order arrives damaged. Please retain damaged product and all packaging materials in a condition as delivered and contact us immediately. Once you report a damaged product to us, Canada Post may contact you for inspection. Insufficient proof or failure to cooperate with Canada Post’s investigation can cause delay or denial of refund or replacement. After a successful investigation, you will receive a return label which you can use to return the damaged product. We will ship a replacement or issue refund upon the receipt of the return package.



We are committed to protecting the personal information and privacy of our customers. We incorporated Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on the pages containing sensitive information to protect the security of your information.

Information collected within our website will be used only for the intended purposes. We may share the user information with our service providers for online transaction, shipping, security and any reasonable purposes to service your order. We do not share your personal information with a third party without your consent.

Although we make our best effort to minimize the chance of online fraud, there is security and privacy limitation of internet beyond our control. Unfortunately, the security of information exchanged in our website cannot be guaranteed to be 100% safe.   Please use our website at your own discretion, and notify us of any security concerns.
